Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Bill No . 520
regarding an amendment to Chapter 14 (General Welfare) relating to

exceptional trees, reports as follows :
Bill No . 520 amends Chapter 14 , Article 10, of the Hawaii County
Code, by adding nine trees to the existing list of seventeen
exceptional trees in their designated location.
Your Committee on Planning concurs with the intent and purpose of
Bill No. 520 and recommends that it pass first reading .
