AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 93-50 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1993
TO JUNE 3 0, 19 9 4 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII :
SECTION 1 , ordinance No. 93-50, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof For the Fiscal Year July 1, 1993 to June 30,
1994, is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
FIRE DEPARTMENT
FireP Maintenance Shop Extension - Waiakea $ 167,000
Fire Headquarters and Communications Building 11420,000
POLICE DEPARTMENT
Public Safety Building Phase III 500,000
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
Alenaio Stream Flood Control 320,000
SECTION 2. Funds for the aforementioned projects shall be
provided from General Obligation Bonds or any available source of
funds.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
