Attached you will find Draft 3 of Resolution No. 126-99 which was approved by the
County Council at its September 9, 1999 Council meeting. Resolution No. 126-99, Draft
2 was amended on the floor of that meeting. The amendment added language to item
number 4 of the first Be It Further Resolved section to ask, "Is the current contractor
meeting the current conditions under the contract?"
