No. 645/Bill No. 125 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 1:31 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 125, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 125, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 645 dated <br /> November 27, 2019, amends Ordinance No. 19-74, as amended, relating to public improvements <br /> and financing thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. <br /> This bill adds the Public Works Plumeria Street Rehabilitation project for$4 million to the <br /> Capital Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital <br /> Projects Fund—Fund Balance and/or Other Sources. Funds would be for paving and <br /> rehabilitating P1ulmeria Street in Honoka`a. <br /> Council Member Valerie T. Poindexter thanked the Department of Public Works for putting this <br /> on the list of projects.
