The Planning and Traffic Commission at its meeting cf March L�, 1963
considered the proposed. consolidation and resubdivilsion of Lots 21, 22, 23, 249
and 25, Charles Chong Man Subdivision, portion of Grant 4496, Poiiaha-Tai, South
Hilo, Hawaii. Tax Map Key: 2 -5 -15 -
The Commission voted to grant final approval to the proposed consolida-
tion and resubdivision, subject to each and every provision of Ordinance No. 24,
excepting only those provisions of the said Ordinance which are specifically modi-
fied as follows:
1. Sidewalks are not recommended and sewers need not be constructed.
2. Points of curvature on roads need not be monumented but all lot
corners shall be marked by one-half (z) inch galvanized. pipe, or
equal, firmly set on the ground.
3. The 40 -foot roadway will be allowed, but road will be kept in
private ownership and perpetual easement for ingress and egress
to a public highway be gra.n.ted. to all_ the lots,
4. Lot area requirement below ordinance standards to Lots K and N.
A copy of the certified map is enclosed.*
