H. Shipman, Limited regarding the leasing of some 20 acres of land in Keaau by the County of Hawaii for rubbish dump purposes'. At this meeting, we were informed that the County of Hawall *1 began negotiam t It ions for this particular piece of realty lin 1951, and, off and on thereafter w ithout reaching any agreement, We were also led to believe that there i's an ], e - inquiry at the present tilme by a prospective lessee for this particular lot, Enclosed herewith i's a draft of a lease for this area which is agreeable to the Lessor, The provisions therein are identical 'in all ways, except one, to the lease already execut6d by the County of Hawaii' with the Puna Sugar Company for the Mountain View rubbish dump site. (see lease- executed December 7, 0 1960, filled" with the Clerk's Office). The sole difference 'is the followling, In addition there are two covenants in the,aesthetic field.
