CALL TO ORDER: A public hearing to consider proposed fuel tax rates for fiscal years July 1, 2017,
to June 30, 2018; July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019; and July 1, 2019, to June 30,
2020, was called to order by Chair Valerie T. Poindexter at 5:04 p.m., in the
Council Chambers, Hilo.

PURPOSE OF CHR. POINDEXTER: Okay, I'd like to welcome all of you to the public hearing,

Statutes, for the purpose of considering the fuel tax rates for the County of
Hawaii.
