COUNTY OF HAWAI`I STATE OF HAWAI`I <br /> ' ttEOFNF'�t- . <br /> BILL NO. 119 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 20 <br /> 3 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 5, DIVISION 10, <br /> SECTION 25-5-102, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS <br /> AMENDED), RELATING TO PERMITTED USES IN THE "CN" DISTRICT. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 25, article 5, division 10, section 25-5-102, of the Hawai`i County <br /> Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 25-5-102. Permitted uses. <br /> (a) The following uses shall be permitted in the CN district: <br /> (1) Adult day care homes. <br /> (2) Amusement and recreation facilities, indoor. <br /> [(2)](3) Automobile service stations. <br /> [(3)](4) Bed and breakfast establishments, as permitted under section 25-4-7. <br /> [(4)](5) Boarding facilities, rooming, or lodging houses, provided that the maximum <br /> density shall be one thousand two hundred fifty square feet of land area per <br /> rentable unit or dwelling unit. <br /> 1(5)1(6) Business services. <br /> [(6)](7) Cemeteries and mausoleums, as permitted under chapter 6, article 1 of this Code. <br /> [(7)](8) Churches, temples and synagogues. <br /> [(8)]ç9) Community buildings, as permitted under section 25-4-11. <br /> [(9)](10) Convenience stores. <br /> [(l-03]W j Crematoriums, funeral homes, funeral services, and mortuaries. <br /> R11)](12) Crop production. <br /> [(12)](13) Day care centers. <br /> [(13)](14) Dwellings, double-family or duplex, provided that the maximum density shall <br /> be one thousand two hundred fifty square feet of land area per rentable unit or <br /> dwelling unit. <br /> [( 4)](15) Dwellings, multiple-family. provided that the maximum density shall be one <br /> thousand two hundred fifty square feet of land area per rentable unit or dwelling <br /> unit. <br /> [(15)](16) Dwellings, single-family. <br /> [(-X6)](17) Family child care homes. <br /> R17)1(18) Farmers markets.
