To the Hawaii County Council Finance Committee:
l am writing in support of Resolution 431-20.
The lack of affordable housing is the leading cause of homelessness in
Hawaii County, and it's time we talk about real solutions to lift our island
ohana out of poverty.

I strongly urge you to support Resolution 431-20, and to begin laying the I
framework for a more equitable Hawaii.
