We urge the continued updates pertaining to the Kilauea eruption recovery. Has the county
been able to put in place mechanisms for funding distribution for short term recovery needs?
How will the State legislative short term funding be allocated? At a prior recovery update, an
organizational chart was provided which drew criticism. Has this been reviewed and revised?
How does decision making occur?A think a chart on this process would be helpful. The other
aspects of this communication also require ongoing reporting/updates on a regular basis. It
would be helpful to understand what ISD function/contract is for?
