The Hawaii Laborers Union (LiUNA), Local 368 is Eaeciitive Board. , made up of over 5000 working and retired members across the State of Hawaii and we would like to take this opportunity to offer comments regarding Bill 126 Relating to the Adoption of the State Energy Conservation Code. , ;IOSEPH YAW `'ethti°e Board Thank you for the opportunity to submit written testimony on this issue.
