Aloha Councilmembers,
I write in support of Bill 131, a much needed first start in building the hub and spoke system. This
land, at the corner of Highways 130 and 132, is ideal in my opinion, as it will keep the big buses out
of the small town of Pahoa and keep them up on the highway. I ask that you support this Bill.
