Dear Council Members,
As a Hospice worker on Kaua'i and a resident of the State I ask you to ban the pesticides that are taking the lives
and livelihoods of our families and neighbors!
Repairing the damage to the plants and fauna in our indigenous species expands to the cost of trying to repair the
damage to lungs,hearts,and pancreases. Repairs are much more costly than finding an alternative now. And
repairs are not always effective, as most of my patients could have told you if they had lived.
