Subject: herbicide use on Hawaii County Land

No more poisons applied to our land please.
Sufficient evidence exists to be concerned about the threat to human health posed by herbicides and
many other industrial chemicals. Extra funds may be necessary to maintain the same effect produced by
herbicides or some areas may need to be benignly neglected.Also local caretakers might be encouraged
to add these ares to their volunteerism. More Fun, less skull and crossbones.
I've lived on the Big Island more than 20 years and believe we must protect our people from unnecessary
risks, such as this.
