I am messaging in favor of the ban on RoundUp, and all glyphosate weed killers in, on, and around public areas.
Consider this.Just in 2012,a newly identified organ,the mesentery was brought to light. It is a microbial mass of tissues
with arguably more cells and connections than our brain. Our brain processing info on how we think and feel, while our
mesentery processes info on the microbes and environment your body is in. Food grown in glyphosate tainted soils will
contain glyphosate, and this will directly hinder the organs ability to regulate the function of other organs.
Ua mau ke ea o ka aina i ka pono. Poisoning our land is not pono. Poisoning where children play is not pono. Poisoning
on porous shorelines is not pono. Hindering the health of your community is not pono.
Please live up to the state motto. Please think about the future. Please do research. Please don't be lazy.
