Members David, Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy, Poindexter, Richards, Villegas, and
Chair Chung — 8. NOES: None. ABSENT: Council Member Eoff — 1. EXCUSED: None.
Ordinance 20-6 (Bill 121): An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 19-74, as amended, relating to
public improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. AYES:
