Subject: Bill 101 veto. I am in support of the Mayor's Veto
Dear County Council,
I urge the council members to support Mayor Kim's veto. I am a rancher, a nursery owner, and a researcher
who has been involved in Agriculture my whole life. I believe that herbicides and other pesticides should be
used wisely, and not indiscriminately. Unfortunately, I can not make it in person today, but I support the veto
of Bill 101, for the reasons cited by the Mayor.
The bill is poorly written, and too broad.
