Gentlemen.Please vote yes to fund traffic control(a light at the intersection of Waikoloa Road and Paniolo road)is
needed. Drivers are often not aware ofthe Right of Way causing confusion and potential accidents. Additional
items to address are paving Paniolo Road and creating an additional road to access the village. Please before we
have fatalities.
