Please fund this. People in Waikoloa desperately need the Paniolo Ave & Waikoloa
Rd. intersection to be controlled. It is dangerous and difficult the way it is now and
once the shopping center on the south side of Waikoloa Rd across from Waikoloa
Village there will be more traffic crossing the road which will increase the risk of
accidents.
