This is a plea for help with this dangerous intersection.I've seen so many close calls at this area.Drivers clearly do
not know what to do when there is traffic at all 4 areas.Also many cars coming down from upper road do not slow
down or are not signaling when they plan to turn,It's a guessing game and such a danger.Please help to make this
safer.A round-about would be perfect!
