I am writing you to encourage a YES vote on AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, I9-74
I live in Waikoloa Village and that intersection is a frustrating experience.Many people either don't know the rules
of the road,or think they are being`courteous'to stop when they have the right of way,which messes up everyone
who is expecting compliance with the rules of the road.And as we know,frustration leads to erratic and sometimes
dangerous behavior.
I realize this bill is only for funding a project,but anything we can do to start the process of making this a safer
intersection would be appreciated.
