My name is Peter Haynes,I live in Waikoloa Village with my wife. I am
writing to support monies to be allocated in order to address the
intersection of Paniolo Avenue and Waikoloa Road.This intersection is
problematic,particularly during high tourist season. This intersection
is used by pedestrians,cyclists,cars,trucks,heavy trucks,and
military vehicles. Not all of these respect the posted speed limits or
obey the right of way protocols.
