Aloha,
My name is Richard Vincent. I live in Waikoloa Village. I would appreciate
if you would provide funds to improve the intersection of Paniolo Avenue and
Waikoloa Road.
I am 64 years old and have been living here for 9 years now and I can tell you
easily that I have never liked that particular intersection and I do try to avoid
it if at all possible. It just doesn't seem like a particularly safe intersection.
Again, if you could approve funds to improve this intersection I would be
grateful.
