Aloha Council Members,
I am writing in regards to Bili 131 and want to express the need for a bus transit and spoke system to be based out of
the hub,which is on the corner of Highway 130 and 132.1 feel this is prime location for a bus system,as it would
accommodate buses in transit.Keeping big buses out of Pahoa town would be safer for the pedestrians walking
along the small roads.I ask that this site,site#6,be chosen and that you support this Bill.It is a prime and
accommodating location and Puna is in much need for this bus system,
