Aloha Councilmembers,
I'm writing in support of Bill 131, a much needed first start in building the hub and spoke system.
This land, at the corner of Highways 130 and 132 considered as site#6, is ideal in my opinion, as it
will keep the big buses out of the small town of Pahoa and keep them up on the highway. The
consultant that the county hired did their due diligence of all the sites and choose and made the
recommendation to site#6. 1 ask that you support this Bill. Puna has been waiting for this day to
come and we have this opportunity now and don't want to lose this opportunity. Puna has been
through a lot and site#6 is perfect and the new buses is coming soon as well.
