To the Hawai'i Council Finance Committee:
I am writing in support of Resolution 431-20.
The lack of affordable housing is the leading cause of homelessness in Hawai'i County and it's time that we talk
about real solutions to lift our island`ohana out of poverty.Let us not forget that this includes families with children
who are sleeping on the streets.
I strongly urge you to support Resolution 431-20 and to begin laying the framework for a more equitable Hawai'i.
