Isupport F. sm. 431-21"),1":, which directs the County to develop
comprehensive plan that aligns housing policies, partners, and resources
to better guide and enable the Office of Housing & Community
Development to increase the island's housing inventory with clear purpose,
vision, and values., also calls for establishing a Housing
Coalition to help craft and implement the housing plan, to look at
formulating an Affordable Housing Fund to assist with infrastructure
development, and directs OHCD to provide the Council with copies of all
201H applications submitted as well as quarterly progress reports.
