RE: Resolution No. 431-20, Draft 2, A Resolution directing Hawaii County to
strategically address its escalating housing crisis with urgency
Attached is Resolution No. 431-20, Draft 2. The Council amended Resolution No. 431-2.0, with
the contents of Communication No. 657.1.8, as duly approved by the Council at its January 22,
2020 Council Meeting.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24(l) (e), which requires that final action on amended
legislation be taken at its next regular meeting, and adopted Resolution No. 431-20, Draft 2.
