Funds would be used by the Planning Department to implement a "Quick Build" demonstration project to promote walking, bicycling, and transit through safe, connected routes. Funds shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund Balance and/or Other Sources and would be used for land acquisition, planning, design, and construction. If audio stream between Hilo and Kona is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated.
