COUNTY OF HAWAII _• STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •. .frE'OF,HI�� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 485 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE AND INSTALL AIR <br /> CONDITIONING UNITS AND LED LIGHTING FOR THE POLICE SUBSTATION AT <br /> CAPTAIN COOK. <br /> WHEREAS, the Police Substation at Captain Cook is in need of air conditioning units <br /> and LED lighting; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current condition is beyond repair and requires a total replacement to <br /> provide a comfortable, safe, and clean facility for police officers to file reports and temporary <br /> accommodations; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works will be installing six air conditioning units <br /> and LED lighting and is requesting funds to purchase the air conditioning units, LED lighting, <br /> and materials and supplies; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Public Works to purchase and install air conditioning units and LED lighting for the Police <br /> Substation at Captain Cook. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $10,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $10,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.171.5171.22 Department of Public Works $10,000 <br /> Building R&M OCE, <br /> 229 Bldg & Constr Materials <br /> (Captain Cook Substation—AC units and <br /> LED lighting) <br />
