Re: Operating Budget
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating $10,000 into
the Office of Housing and Community Development's Workers Comp., Regular S&W account to
payout Worker's Comp. expenditures that were not previously budgeted for.

A. REQUEST:
We request to amend Ordinance 19-73 the 2019-2020 Operating Budget to increase the Office of Housing
and Community Development (OHCD) fund by $10,000 as follows:
The Office of Housing and Community Development is requesting the appropriation of$10,000 to the Office
of Housing and Community Development (Account number 152.3609.52) using the Office of Housing and
Community fund balance to cover the expenditure account number 152.911.5911.86.011.
The increase in expenditure is to appropriate funds into the Office of Housing Fund Workers Comp, Regular
S&W account. Housing did not previously budget for this line item and this year OHCD will be paying out
Workers Comp expenditures.
