Bill 135: Amends Ordinance No. 19-73, as Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of
Hawaii for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2020. Appropriates revenues in the Federal
Grants—Department of Health Complete Streets account($49,500); and appropriates the same to
the Department of Health Complete Streets-Federal account. Ayes: Council Members David,
Eoff, Kaneali'i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy, Poindexter, Richards, Villegas, and Chair
Chung—9;Noes: None; Absent: None; Excused: None.
Bill 136: Amends Ordinance No. 19-73, as Amended,the Operating Budget for the County of
Hawaii for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2020. Increases revenues in the State Grants—
Wireless E911 Fees account($375,000); and appropriates the same to the Wireless E911
account, bringing the total appropriation to $1.875 million. Ayes: Council Members David,
Eoff, Kaneali'i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy, Poindexter, Richards, Villegas, and Chair
Chung—9;Noes: None; Absent: None; Excused: None.
