Re: A Resolution Urging the Mayor and the Department of Public Works to enter into
an agreement with the United States Army Corps of Engineers to develop a plan
for review to mitigate surface water in Puna.
Please find attached a resolution urging the Mayor and the Department of Public Works to enter
into an agreement with the United States Army Corps of Engineers to develop a plan for review
to mitigate surface water in Puna. I am requesting that this resolution be placed in the
appropriate committee for the meeting to be held on March 10, 2020. Thank you.
