Aloha, I am a lifelong resident of honomu and have always cherished hakalau and kolekole,and it has
been very upsetting that it has been closed for so long.There are very few access point to the ocean t
along the coastline and it has been years since they have been open. Please open up the parks so that
my family and community can enjoy these beautiful places again
