To the Council chair and council members.
I'm Very flustrated by the delay on the opening of kolekole and Hakalau. It's the only beach parks
located near us. Kolekole is my happy place. I "used"to surf there every weekend. Now I gotta deal with
the crowds at honolii (not so happy) I used to take my kids there to fish and swim and now nothing!.
Please open access to the parks. We really don't need any pavilions etc.The parks and recreation said
lead has been cleared up, if its not just fence that part off! I really just want access to the beach and !
river PLEASE!!
