RE: Proposed amendment to Resolution No. 476-20; A Resolution committing to
funding the cost items agreed upon by the Employers and the Hawaii Government
Employees Association (HGEA) unit 03 for the contract period July 1, 2019
through June 30, 2021.
Please see below proposed amendment to Resolution No. 476-20. The proposed amendment is
illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 476-20; material to
be removed is bracketed and stricken and new material is underlined.
The title is amended to read as follows:
"A RESOLUTION COMMITTING TO FUNDING THE COST ITEMS
AGREED UPON BY THE EMPLOYERS AND THE HAWAII
GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (HGEA) UNIT 03 AND
EMPLOYEES EXCLUDED FROM THAT UNIT FOR THE CONTRACT
PERIOD JULY 1, 2019 THROUGH JUNE 30,2021."
Due to the limited scope of the amendment, a draft copy of Resolution No. 476-20, Draft 2, is
not attached.
