SUBJECT: Ad Hoc Committee Formation: FY 2020-21 Nonprofit Grant Review Process
This communication provides Council Members, applicant nonprofit organizations, and
the public notice that an additional day of applicant interviews for East Hawaii was needed to
accommodate the increase in the overall number of Nonprofit organizations received for
FY 2020-21. The revised schedule is noted below:
442. Grant Review Process. East Hawaii interviews with eligible nonprofit
applicants will be held Monday, March 9, 2020 at the Puna Conference Room, Thursday,
March 12, 2020, at the County of Hawaii Council Chambers AND Friday, March 13,
2020, at the Puna Conference Room, all located at 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
West Hawaii interviews with eligible nonprofit applicants will be held Monday,
March 16 and Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the Kona Council Office, Conference Room
A, located at the West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-
Kona, Hawaii 96740."
