ORDINANCE NO. 2° 15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 19-74, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2019 TO JUNE 30, 2020.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 19-74, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020,
is hereby amended by adding the following project and increasing its appropriation by:
MASS TRANSIT AGENCY:
MTA — Hub & Spokes
(110.388.5389.56) $ 1,450,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 1,450,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
