RE: Resolution No. 476-20, Draft 2; A Resolution committing to funding the cost
items agreed upon by the Employers and the Hawaii Government Employees
Association(HGEA) unit 03 and Employees Excluded from that Unit for the
contract period July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021.
Attach is Resolution No. 476-20, Draft 2. The Council amended Resolution No. 476-20, with the
contents of Communication No. 726.1, as duly approved by the Council at its February 19, 2020
Council Meeting.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires that final action on amended
legislation be taken at its next regular meeting, and adopted Resolution No. 476-20, Draft 2.
