CALL TO ORDER: A public hearing to consider the proposed operating and capital budgets
for fiscal year July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2016, was called to order by
Chair Dru Mamo Kanuha at 5:04 p.m., in the Council Chambers,
Kailua-Kona.
ATTENDANCE:
Present: Mr. Dru Mamo Kanuha, Chair
Ms. Valerie T. Poindexter, Vice Chair
Mr. Aaron S. Y. Chung, Member
Ms. Maile "Medeiros" David, Member
Ms. Karen Eoff, Member
Mr. Greggor Eagan, Member
Mr. Dennis "Fresh" Onishi, Member
Mr. Danny Paleka, Member
Absent & Excused: Ms. Margaret Wille, Member
CHR KANUHA: Pursuant to Section 10-4 of the Hawaii County
Charter, we are holding this public hearing before the Council of the
County of Hawaii to consider the proposed operating budget and capital
budget for fiscal year July 1't, 2015, to June 30th, 2016. This meeting is
strictly to hear from the public on their testimony.

CHR KANUHA: Because there's no deliberations in this public hearing,
I will close this public hearing. So, I think we've done everything, staff?
