No. 759/Bill No. 139 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 1:09 P.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 139,reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 139, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 759 dated <br /> January 30, 2020, amends Ordinance No. 19-73, as amended,the Operating Budget for the County <br /> of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2020. <br /> This bill appropriates revenues in the Operating Reserves account ($10,000); and appropriates the same <br /> to the Workers Compensation account.
