RE: Proposed amendment to Resolution No. 520-20: A Resolution
transferring/appropriating an appropriation out and from a designated fund
account and crediting same to a designated fund account to provide a grant to the
Hawaii Island Portuguese Chamber of Commerce Cultural and Educational
Center for its Malasada Shuffle 5k and Family Fun Festa Radiothon.
Please see below a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 520-20. The proposed amendment is
illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 520-20; material to
be removed is bracketed and stricken and new material is underlined.
The second WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, the HIPCCCEC will be celebrating its Malasada Shuffle 5K and
Family Fun Festa Radiothon on June 13,20] June 27, 2020, at Francis F.C. Wong
Stadium; and"
Due to the limited scope of the amendment, a draft copy of Resolution No. 520-20, Draft 2, is
not attached.
