RE: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 1)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to the Hilo-Hdmakua Community Development
Corporation for the 2020 Honoka`a Western Week festival.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$4,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
