STATE OF HAWAIcI <br /> Kori::, <br /> T,rE,OF,NP'�r <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5,14 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRINGIAPPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR THE <br /> PAHOA DISTRICT PARK. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation provides and facilitates a wide <br /> array of services and opportunities that meet the needs of the Big Island community while <br /> maintaining cultural uniqueness of our rich heritage, diversity, and the aloha spirit; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Food Basket Inc. and Bodacious Women of Pahoa are collaborating <br /> with the Department of Parks and Recreation to present the Pahoa Farmer's Market, which will <br /> be held on Sundays at Pahoa District Park and offer products,produce, and wares that are grown, <br /> produced, or made on the Island of Hawaii; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funding assistance to <br /> purchase tables and chairs to be used for community meetings, recreational activities, and public <br /> events such as the Pdhoa Farmer's Market; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase tables and chairs for the Pahoa District Park. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $900 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $900 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $900 <br /> Recreation Division OCE <br /> 235 Misc.
