Chung, Council Chair 'Council District 2, South Hilo Re: Proposed Amendments to Bill No. 145; an Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds for Various Improvement Projects I Please see below a proposed amendment to SECTION 2 of Bill No. 145. The proposed amendment is illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 145; material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken. Due to the limited scope of this amendment, a draft copy of Bill No. 145, Draft 2, has been omitted. SECTION 2 of Bill No. 145 is amended to read as follows: "SECTION 2. Authorization of Bonds. There are hereby authorized for issuance and sale, in one or more series,Bonds of the County, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $103,000,000, for the purpose of funding all or a portion of the costs (including costs of issuance of the Bonds)of public improvement projects of the County(collectively,the"Projects") authorized under Ordinance 19-74,being the capital budget ordinance of the County for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, as heretofore or hereafter amended from time to time, or under the capital budget ordinance of the County for any prior or subsequent fiscal year,provided that funds derived from bonds issued pursuant to this ordinance shall be utilized to include, but are not limited to,funding for the following projects: • Ane Keohokalole Highway Phase III—Hina Lam Street to Kaiminani Drive [�Statewide [202,,+]; Comm.
