This memorandum is being transmitted to request that the attached maps be displayed on screen
and distributed to the council at the Government Relations and Economic Development
Committee meeting tomorrow, March 10, 2020, in reference to Resolution 506-20, Urging the
Mayor and Department of Public Works to enter into an agreement with the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers to develop a plan for review to mitigate surface water in Puna.
