Dear Chairman Chung and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Harry Lee McIntosh, III of Council District 6 to the
Environmental Management Commission. Mr. McIntosh is a small business owner and
is active in his community having been a member of 'O Ka'u Kakouo and the Ka'u
Chamber of Commerce as a board member and chair of its scholarship committee. He
has been a resident of Hawai'i for approximately 19 years.
Mr. McIntosh has served on the Cost of Government Commission in 2018.
Mr. McIntosh states that he is not a member of any political party. If confirmed, he will
serve a vacant term to end December 31, 2024.
