SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 8)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to the West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery Development
and Expansion Association, Inc., (WHVCDEA) to construct a Korean War Memorial at the West
Hawaii Veterans Cemetery-Pu`u Ho`omaha O Na Po`e Koa O Hawaii Komohana(WHVC).
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$6,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
