ORDINANCE 96 -35 (Bill 182, Draft 3): An Ordinance amending
Chapter 2, Article 19, Section 2 -118, relating to the disposition of
remnant parcels. AYES: Councilmembers Arakaki, Childs, De Lima,
Domingo, Osorio, Rath, Ray, Smith, and
Chairwoman Bonk - Abramson - 9. NOES: None.
ORDINANCE 96 -36 (Bill 198): An Ordinance amending the State Land
Use Boundaries Map, H -7 for the County of Hawaii, by changing the
district classification from the Agricultural to the Urban District
at Kalaoa 1st and 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii, covered by
TMK: 7 -3- 11:43. AYES: Councilmembers Arakaki, Childs, De Lima,
Domingo, Osorio, Rath, Ray, Smith, and
Chairwoman Bonk - Abramson - 9. NOES: None.
ORDINANCE 96 -37 (Bill 216): An Ordinance to amend
Ordinance No. 95 -81, as amended, the Operating Budget for the Cou':y
of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1996.

Rath, Ray, Smith, and Chairwoman Bonk - Abramson - 9. NOES: None.
