REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: March 10, 2020 Re: Comm. 791/Bill No. 147 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Bill No. 147, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 147, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 791 dated <br /> February 21, 2020, amends Ordinance No. 19-73, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County <br /> of Hawai`i for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2020. <br /> This bill appropriates revenues in the Fund Balance from Previous Year account($850,000); and <br /> appropriates the same to the Signals and Street Lights account.
